Robot sumo is one of the most popular robotics events in the world, where two robots try to push each other out of a circular ring. There are two general classifications of sumo robots, autonomous and remote control, that compete in different weight divisions. The following table lists the various weight divisions, maxium sizes, as well as the diameter of the sumo ring.

The rules for all of the weight divisions are the same. The only difference between them are the sizes of the robots and sumo ring.
